Industrial loft finishes include: poured concrete floor and exposed 17′ concrete beam ceiling. 14′ windows overlook the water with views of lower NYC, Governors Island and South Brooklyn.
Kitchen is finished with Italian stone countertops, Subzero and Wolf appliances. Bathrooms are custom fit with Waterworks finishes and natural stone. 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms with 1,400 square foot living space / open floor plan.
Guest bedrooom can be used for hair/makeup and wardrobe.
Restrictions:
Requests to move some furniture and artwork must be approved in advance. Project dependent: vintage French and Scandinavian furniture (Finn Juhl, Charlotte Perriand, Hans Wegner) and other contemporary artworks and design objects.
Prefer no shoes inside; floor protection and shoe covers requested.
Requests to paint or nail into walls must be approved in advance; if approved, walls must be returned to original condition upon project completion.

Child’s bedroom is off-limits unless special permission granted to use.
