This industrial loft has a rooftop garden with amazing views, exposed brick, very high ceilings, great light, and more.
This location does have AC as of June 2016, but doors must remain closed to use it.
No elevator. 2nd floor walk up, large wide staircase, easy access.
Terrace is an additional fee and must be requested in advance and approved, the potted plants on the terrace may not be moved.
Hours for space are normally from 8am-6pm or 7am – 7pm available (fees vary accordingly), for other hours, must request in advance please.
No use of courtyard for shooting or any reason.
Parking : sometimes additional parking is provided at a fee, other times only street parking.
No bedroom use permitted unless cleared in advance and additional fees paid.
Pool table has been removed.
