This location has a great multi level roof with Empire State Building views, it has a 900 sq ft studio with south and west views.vAlso a balcony on the 20th Floor with a great view looking South.

Penthouse Loft is on 21st floor, elevator goes to 20th floor then stairs to PH, (two other levels of roof require climbing large ladder) / freight hours 8am – 12pm, 1pm – 5pm, any additional hours will incur additional freight fees (Saturday freight fees apply for any hours of the day).
Studio is 900 sq. ft 9’ ceilings of open space with (5) windows facing south & (4) windows facing west; Studio has plenty of chairs and tables, all of which can be moved, AC, stereo, large Bathroom with shower, slop sink and refrigerator.
Main roof is on the same level as the studio. Views is South/West with 3 ft. brick wall. Second roof requires going up a spiral staircase. Views South/West with 1 ft. brick wall Third roof requires going up a three foot ladder along a wall. 360 degree view of the city. No wall. Fourth roof requires going up two steps. South/West view with no horizon line and no walls. Looking North you see Empire State Building through wooden water tanks, very iconic New York. Fifth roof requires going up a 23’ ladder along a wall. 360 degree view with a 1 ft. wall. Great views if you can make the climb.
