The available event space spans 1st floor studio and basement event space and includes a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and terrace. Event space features includes: 4 exposure light/air on first floor, high ceilings, basement catacombs space below with natural brick, exceptionally quiet, hi-speed wifi, easy load in/out through attached Garage.

Covid-19 Restrictions

As of March 2021, the residential floors of the townhouse are not available until further notice.

This includes the second floor (bedrooms, a home office, and a den), third floor (dining room, kitchen, living room, large terrace with outdoor kitchen and grill) and fourth floor (office/recording studio with a small living room and deck with stairs to the roof deck).

Elevator to load in/out equipment.

Restrictions:

All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes

Areas of use determined in advance, moving art or furniture needs approval first

Certain areas are off limits or not always available, please confirm in advance what areas are needed. Top floor office is not always available, as it is a recording studio and needs to stay as is.

Master Bedroom and Bath are off limits.

First floor has a separate entrance and fees, must be requested in advance.)
