1780 farmhouse made out of stone, completely renovated with a mix of original and modern parts.
Many of the rooms have original 16 inch wide wood boards floors; Master bedroom and winter garden room have new wood floors.
The guest wing has a separate staircase with 3 guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a soaking tub and old school sink. Master bedroom has a separate staircase above the kitchen with a panorama view window and a built in bed, a clawfoot bathtub and a concrete shower, and antique farm house sink. The kitchen has a big working fireplace, an 8×4 feet island, viking range, dishwasher, double door fridge and antique double farm house sink. The winter garden has full windows and ceiling fans, 12 people antique farm house table and it overlooks the pool.
The 40×20 dark grey pool has a bluestone patio and surrounding, it is fenced in with a black chain link fence.
Two barns available for exterior shooting only. There is a bigger barn (formerly a stable, being renovated) made out of metal on the property . There is also a smaller wood barn (300 years old, interior structure being fortified).
There is a creek going thru the property, and it has a nature preserve surrounding the river with lots of trees.
