Traditional cedar shingled Hampton cottage, originally built in 1920, and then renovated and expanded in 2013. There are two floors- the first floor consists of a combination kitchen/dining room, living room, and large sunroom with fireplace and french doors out onto a covered terrace.

There are also 2 bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor as well. On the second floor is the master bedroom suite and master bath. The laundry room is in the basement. Outside there is a pool, poolhouse, and bluestone patio/outdoor dining area, along with manicured lawn and gardens consisting of boxwoods, holly and hornbeam trees, privet hedges, hydrangeas, roses, and a white picket fence.

The interiors were all done by interior designer Gregory Shano, and include Phillip Jeffries wallpaper throughout, wainscoting and shiplap detail, designer lighting fixtures from Remains Lighting, Circa Lighting, and many vintage pieces. The furniture is a mix of new and vintage pieces. The sunroom builtins feature a collection of vintage books and seashells, and many of the walls showcase collections of vintage oil painting seascapes, as well as photography.
