Original beach house from the 1890’s with an eclectic, modern, hip, surfer vibe. It channels the
best of Fire Island, Cape Cod, and Nantucket, but within 50 minutes drive of Manhattan.
The house is 100 yards to a lovely Ocean beach (town of Babylon), a picturesque Bay, and rustic dock. Ample parking and drive-up access in a private community. The decor mixes the best of mid-century modern classics (Serge Mouille, Noguchi, etc), with contemporary designers such as Angela Adams and Jonathan Adler.
Two decks with modern bespoke outdoor lounge furniture, Tucci cantilevered shades, cable railings.
Chris Craft 25’ ski boat with teak decks, buttercream upholstery and a classic dark blue hull is available for an extra fee (available June – October).

The house is open April to October.
All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes

Beach is owned by the Town of Babylon, and can only be used for shoots with very small crews that are not disruptive, and requires an additional fee to the community.
