Colonial Revival-style home built in 1901 designed by architects Robert Bryson and Carroll Pratt has recently renovated interiors, fully landscaped garden and a full sized pool in the backyard.
The two-story front porch has fluted Ionic columns, large Palladian dormer, and one-story entrance portico with Doric columns.
This gracious home retains many of the original ornate mantels, decorative dental and ornate moldings. There are leaded and stained glass windows throughout the house.
The first floor has a double parlor, formal dining room, sunroom, and eat-in kitchen. The center hall features a large decorative spiral bridal staircase with an original stained glass skylight.
The second floor has a master wing, with a large bedroom, a dressing room with original built-in cabinetry, large original bathroom with pedestal sink and claw-foot tub, and indoor and outdoor porches. Second floor has a large living room with 7 curved windows with stained glass uppers and a full bathroom.
Restrictions:
Bedrooms are typically off-limits; special approval from owner is required to use for shooting or holding.
Some of the art pieces will require advance permission from owner if to be moved.
