Beautiful 1850’s stone Gothic revival house; lovingly restored and updated. Offers best of old world charm and modern technology.
Details from the 19th century include: wide board pine floors, plaster moldings and 2′ thick stone walls. Three gas fireplaces and large windows with angled trim to make the most of the natural light. On the main floor, an arched double door entry leads to spacious foyer, with original curved staircase and 1850 newel post. The living and dining rooms both have built-in bookcases as well as the original marble mantels and original wide board floors. A den to the back serves as tv room or office. The kitchen has a farmhouse sink, and limestone counters. Sunroom has transomed windows on 3 sides, there are 3 sunny bedrooms, a 10’x12′ main bathroom and a new laundry room. There are 2 finished rooms on the third floor, as well as an attic space. On the ground level, there is a spacious mudroom and office with custom bookcases and a cast iron gas fireplace.

All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes.
