The location is a townhouse with 7 stories.
The basement level has some exercise equipment and a ping pong table, along with a refrigerated wine cellar and the laundry room. A full bathroom with shower is there as well, so it could act a great location for cast to do makeup and change/be the base of operations.
The main floor has the kitchen, a backyard outdoor area with outdoor furniture and a fire pit, along with a large dining area and a bathroom. The 2nd floor can be accessed by 2 sets of stairs (or the elevator) and is the living room with fireplace, wetbar, and bathroom.
The third floor is the master bedroom which takes up the entirety of the floor. The 4th floor has two rooms, one of which is the homeowner’s office, which will be off limits. The other room is a children’s bedroom with 3 twin beds, a bathroom, and shower.
The 5th floor has 2 children’s bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, and the other with a twin and a full bed. Both rooms have a bathroom with shower, and one of the rooms has an additional washer and dryer unit.
The top floor (penthouse) level has two separate outdoor terrace areas. One side has a barbecue grill and outdoor seating/eating area, while the other side is more of a lounging outdoor area with outdoor furniture, similar to the one in the backyard on the main floor. The inside area has a couch, TV, gaming consoles, refrigerator, bathroom, and wetbar.
All 7 stories can be accessed via an elevator as well as stairs.
Restrictions:
Office space is off limits.
No painting of walls – prefer no nailing in walls but depends where.
