Sophisticated, modern designed by Vuko Tashkovitch, built in 1993 with over 5,000sf, incorporating architecturally distinctive features with dramatic detailing. It houses nine rooms on three levels and features fabulous lighting, curved interior and exterior walls, high ceilings, walls of windows with clerestories, hardwood floors and a custom fireplace created from stone collected from this property.

A landscaped walkway leads to the main entrance. The front door with side window opens to the entrance foyer. Immediately to the right is a walk in coat closet. To the left, steps lead down from the entry to the dining room with high ceilings, custom lighting and large glass doors to the deck. Two columns mark the transition to the stunning living room. This dramatic space features a stone faced fireplace, built ins, a beautiful black grand piano and several large glass doors to the deck providing exceptional light. Located off the dining room is the kitchen. Details include oak cabinetry, Corian countertops and a circular dining area. A hall halfway off the kitchen leads to a laundry area with dumbwaiter. At the other end of the house, located off the living room are a full bath and two office suites.

Front stairs lead to the second floor. The master suite is private. It features a bedroom, with doors to a deck, built ins, a walk in closet and a bath with two sinks and a shower. The hallway, with linen/utility closet leads to two bedrooms, each with large glass doors and a private deck. The bedrooms share a jack n jill bathroom.

Stairs lead up to a third floor meditation area with window seat and a door leading to the rooftop sun deck. Stairs lead down to the lower level that includes an oversized two car garage, a work shop storage and utility rooms. The foundation consists of poured concrete. The construction is frame and steel. The exterior is vertical cedar and the roof is tar and gravel.

Belgian block lines the courtyard in front of the residence and continues down to the garage. The grounds are beautiful and punctuated with Maples, Japanese Snowbells and Cotoneasters that color the landscape. Dramatic rock outcropping and a pond further enhance the setting.
