Historic elegance and character – large covered front porch, leaded glass windows, oversized rooms, 8’10”-10’ first floor coffered ceilings, hardwood floors, and exquisite fireplaces. Very large basement suitable for hair/makeup prep.
Patio is quaintly surrounded by beautiful stone foundation, side yard’s white fence and converted barn. Professional gardens and plantings throughout full property are green and in bloom late spring into fall.
Corner house—side-yard is on dead-end street. The backyard driveway off of side street fits 4+ cars. Detached 2 story original barn converted to 1 car garage with bright contemporary office upstairs. Garage can be used for staging.
Restrictions:
City of Rye allows shooting to 7am-9pm. Please allow sufficient time for permit approval.
Floor protection required, particularly in high traffic areas; please bring shoe covers.
Mini grand piano should not be moved.
Stone sculptures in living room are family heirlooms. Will be moved by owner prior to shoot unless special request.
Requests to nail into or paint walls must be approved in advance by owner; walls must be returned to original condition upon project completion.
Fireplaces are non-working.
