A large, open concept kitchen-family room with a wall of glass doors opens to a large deck. Huge, flat backyard, outfitted with a fire pit and a children’s play set. On the first floor, there is also an oversized mudroom with skylights and attached garage.
Upstairs there are 3 children’s rooms, a home office, an oversized master suite with glass enclosed shower and freestanding tub. The basement is finished with a children’s play area on one side and media area and bar on the other.
Large finished basement is ideal for staging wardrobe and hair/makeup. Clutter free garage can be used for catering, hair/makeup, or production staging.
Restrictions:
Floor protection and booties required for production crew.
Prefer no nailing into walls. Requests to paint walls must be approved in advance.
