Magnificent French country estate, high in New England’s Litchfield County hills, beautiful, four season setting.  Large French country manor home, vast open rolling fields, an extensive orchard, a
breathtaking, crystal clear pond, and cottages and barns all set in complete privacy surrounded by dense woodlands. The highest elevation of any Litchfield Country property, the remarkable views.

The antiques-filled rooms of the manor are extra large with tall ceiling heights suited to theatrical lighting. The rustic living room, for example, measures 35’ x 35’ with a 30’ ceiling. A substantial book-lined library, a timber beamed dining room and a dramatic 50’ long kitchen are just some of the many handsome spaces within.

World famous Lime Rock race track only three miles distant, the area is a center for race car and sports car activity), the Farm includes an extremely rare and photogenic 1933 Rolls Royce estate wagon (woody) and a 1948 MG TC sports car. There are several vintage tractors at the property while horses and other live stock would be only a telephone call away.

A full time property manager and caretaker both would be available to assist on any project.
