Notes
Custom built, post and beam colonial farmhouse rebuilt by architect Peter Cadoux in 2002 and remodeled by design firm Stewart-Schafer in 2022 with European modern influences. This three story home includes a newly redesigned kitchen, dining room, bar, primary suite, and office complete with custom handmade millwork from a master artisan. The home also includes 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an expansive vaulted ceiling playroom, attached screened-in gazebo, wrap around covered porch, and three car garage.
A custom built raised garden is underway that will match the split-rail fence and cedar play set. A trail from the backyard leads down past moss covered glacial rocks to the West Brach of the Sagatuck River.
