Newly rebuilt, secluded house, surrounded by trees on a corner lot with large backyard (for Larchmont). Decor throughout is contemporary and neutral with lots of natural wood and white walls.
First floor is mainly open plan (kitchen, dining, living room) very bright and newly decorated, white walls, custom white kitchen with large dark dark blue island which matches the dark blue of the second living room. Separate bar area.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; master bedroom has vaulted ceiling and triangle statement window. Another bedroom/hang out room on the top floor. Fully finished basement area.
Two sets of French doors lead out from living room to the front porch. In summer, one side has a porch swing, the other lounge seating. Another French door at the back of the kitchen leading directly onto a large IPE deck also running most of the length of the back of the house. Further seating/firepit area is at the bottom of the backyard.
There is a lower level patio area with French door to access the basement.
There is one working gas fireplace in each living room. The fireplace in basement does not work and cannot be used.
Restrictions:
Floor protection requested; please bring shoe covers and avoid high heels (except talent in picture).
Requests to paint or nail into walls must be approved in advance by owner, and walls restored to original condition upon project completion.
