The backyard backs-up to a neighboring golf course.
The home was built in 2020 has 3 floors which include 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and the design emphasizes natural light, an open floor plan, and contemporary styling. There are floor to ceiling glass windows in the double height great room. There are windows on both sides of the basement providing lots of natural light.
The home has beautiful glass, steel and neolith details throughout with some pops of marble. Upstairs there is a large bridge connecting the “adult” side to the “kid” side. On the adult side there is a small office, primary bedroom, primary bathroom plus one small and one large walk-in closet/changing room. On the other side of the bridge there are 3 bedrooms. There is one guest bedroom on the main level of the house.
