Lobby Lounge – The 1,000-square foot lobby lounge can be used for a 75 person cocktail reception or 50 person buffet. The space boasts floor to ceiling windows overlooking bustling Rivington Street, in the heart of the Lower East Side. With the Private Dining Room just down the hall, the Lobby Lounge provides an ideal space for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before an intimate dinner.
Tiled floors, floor to ceiling windows, columns, modern, view of city, hot tub, deck, chandelier, bar, tiled bathroom.
Restrictions:
Size of shoots, areas of use, scouting is mandatory.
All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes.
Areas of use determined in advance, etc.
NY tax fees apply on top of location fees.
No holding of days without payment, first come first serve.
PH shoots can accomodate large numbers of people, for Owners Suite there is a 8 person max, and for guest rooms for shoots there is a 3 person max ( sometimes they make exceptions).
Restaurant – Shoot hours only between 1pm-5pm.
Lobby Lounge – Shoot hours only between 8am-2pm.
No shooting in hotel entrance or ground floor lobby – no exceptions (sorry).
Must use the hotel catering, mandatory.
For large load in’s, additional fees will be applied, only 1 – 2 trips on elevators.
Penthouse Info
PH Measurements – 3200 sq feet total, 1st level 1400, second level 740 and roof top 880. PH Doors – 3ft wide x 7ft high.
Elevators Doors: 3ft wide x 7ft high, Interior: 8ft 4 inches high x 5ft 4 inches wide x 4ft deep.
Electricity
1st Fl: 6 dedicated 20 amp outlets, 2nd Fl: 3 dedicated 20 amp outlets. We also have a reserve for 220V and extra 20 amp circuits in the closet on the second floor.
Lighting: Recessed and on dimmers.
