Modern, beautifully designed studio with California vibe consisting of 7 full propped shooting spaces: great room, apothecary, library, wellness room, kitchen, and cobblestone courtyard.
The space is housed within a 1920’s exposed brick historical building and was designed with top of the line functionality including: laser leveled floors, quiet HVAC, cam-lock power system, double pane sound proof glass and double pocket doors.
800 amps, 2 dedicated 100 amp cam locks & 6 fuse boxes throughout.
The space is designed for easy load in with 3 large double or bi-fold door openings for each studio for easy access. A car/truck can fit through any door. Possible to block off the street in front of the studio for truck parking and the private lot can fit up to 16 cars or trucks. There is ample free parking all around our studio 24/7. Clients can leave cars/trucks overnight with a gate that locks.
A portion of all proceeds are donated back to worthy causes.
There is 20 acre park across the street – separate clearance required.
Restrictions:
No nailing into walls – please use adhesive hooks if need to hang something.
Painting walls is possible but must be returned to original color. Please discuss in advance.
Prefer shoots and corporate events.
