Recording studio in Brooklyn designed and built with care. The studio is a uniquely warm and welcoming place for the creative process. We host recording sessions, photo and video shoots, and occasional intimate gatherings showcasing music, performance and art. The main studio space is filled with natural light with a wall of windows showcasing the Manhattan skyline. This space is sound proof and offers a rare combination of a excellent acoustics and natural light. A large collection of new and vintage musical instruments and professional audio equipment is available as props. There is also a lounge, holding and prep area as you enter the studio. This is a flexible space with a refrigerator, sink, table/desk, stools. There is a sound proof door between this area and the studio. It’s an excellent director monitor/video village area for production teams and crew.
Adjacent on same floor is an open, light-filled photography studio with a wall of windows, reclaimed hardwood floors, artful plaster wall finishes, and a custom lighting system with Phillips Hue white color-temperature adjustable bulbs. There is also a steel loft on one side of the studio with a workspace below it.
The photo studio requires separate clearance.
Restrictions:
No painting of walls; no nailing into walls.
