Built in 1954, multi-purpose rental space that could be used as a gymnasium, auditorium, studio space, or recreational center. Following an extensive renovation in 2014, now available for long and short term rentals and is a space that has played as police precincts, homeless shelters, apartment rooms, studio backdrops, production offices, restaurants, fashion runways, design showrooms, and art galleries over the past decade.
New HVAC System was installed with AC and Heating
Sound cloud installed to ceiling for improved acoustics within the space
House Power upgraded to 1200 Amps for use by major film productions (studio grade power supply)
Black Out shades installed for maximum control over lighting
Lighting grid installed with 49 house barn door lighting fixtures, 6 house pre-sets for lights with option to customize lighting settings
Renovated bathrooms for men, women, and ADA guidelines
Columnless main space is 4,000sf with additional mezzanine and stage area. Ceilings are 20 feet high.
There are some Hallways, Stairwells, Bathrooms in the space but no lockers. Lockers can be rented from prop house.
The Gym is now Grey in color but can be altered.
Restrictions:
No holds, booked on first come first serve basis, areas of use must be specified in advance, fees vary according to areas of use
Fully Refundable Damage deposit mandatory for all shoots
No immodest or immoral shoots permitted in this location
