Exteriors only for shooting. Use of interiors on case by case basis.
Restrictions:
No heat, No AC, No Power, No running water
City permits needed for all shoots, need at least 3-5 days advance notice (the more the better).
Proof of insurance must be emailed prior to shoot day. Insurance must specify location (info provided at booking) as a loss payee. Payment in advance with checks made payable to location (info provided at booking).
Each Company is responsible for protecting personal property on premises each day and should request any stranger who enters the building to wait until you notify the site rep (info provided at booking).
No Smoking in the building. All trash must be bagged and removed from premises each day. If not, cost of removal will be billed to company renting location. Everything must be returned to where it was found and clean-up of the Location must be arranged at the end of each event with premises left clean.
No alterations are allowed inside or outside the building. No objects that penetrate any surface can be used. Heavy equipment should not be used on floors that can cause marks. Walls require corrugated boards to protect them from damage or heavy equipment being used for shoots.
Do not disturb the graffiti.
There are no bathrooms – bring porta-potty or moho. No electrical alterations. No doors or windows are to be opened without assistance. Access to any part of location must be accompanied by site rep (info provided at booking).
Absolutely NO access to the Smokestack building, basement, or subfloors.
