This amazing location features an indoor lap pool, white checkered floors, many different rooms, also have accommodation, rates vary depending on areas and times of shooting, also excellent for events and weddings (images show the rooms dressed in different styles for different events). This is a hotel and open to the public at all times. Location does not hold dates, first come first serve.
Many rooms which can be rented for overnight stays, many bathrooms, pedestal sinks, white checkered floors, light wood, arched windows, arched doorways, French doors, built-in bookshelves, statues indoor and outdoor, marble staircase, marble floors, floor to ceiling windows, tables and chairs, large yard and formal garden, fountains.
Restrictions:
All areas of use must be specified in advance and fees vary (bedroom fees are above main room fees), all floors must be protected prior to entry, booties must be worn over shoes
Areas of use determined in advance, scouting mandatory
The foyer and staircase cannot be closed off, public areas
Pool is not always filled and takes 3 days to fill and is an additional fee of approx $2,000 to fill (no heat in the pool area )
