This Tarrytown home was built in 1851, and is situated on 64 acres on the Hudson River. The classic setting is a magnificent combination of Victorian Gothic and Italianate architecture including a marble Grand Hall, sweeping staircase and wrap-around veranda.
It features East and West Parlors, each with a marble fireplace and crystal chandelier, well suited for more intimate entertaining; one parlor with a beautiful Steinway grand piano. Dining Room with a rouge royal marble fireplace, stained glass windows and a crystal twelve-branch chandelier. Mahogany Stairway, complemented by a foliate motif stained glass window on the landing. Grand Hall, with 15 foot ceilings and white and gray marble floors, ideal for dancing. French doors opening to the veranda, with lovely Hudson River views.

Permits required for all shoots (and take 5 days to clear)
All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes
