Film friendly studio
Loft 3 is an elegant 2300 square foot full floor open loft, recently converted to add a beautiful 18’x18’ white cyclorama. Tracks in the ceiling allow for easy hanging of lights in the track system. 2700 Lumen short throw projector (makes a 12’ wide image) and a 360 degree motorized 360 machine that can hold a model are available. There is a 10’x20′ freight elevator that opens up directly into the loft.
Loft 4 is a 2300 square foot shabby chic full floor open loft with all white floors, mixed with the original tin ceiling tiles, great natural light, and white brick walls. Great for lifestyle shoots or interviews.
Rooftop features stunning unobstructed views to the East and newly built Hudson Yard towers to the West.
There is large list of furniture available as prop rental to modify space for shoots, events and art gallery.
11-ft ceilings, a large equipment rental list (or bring your own), 10ft x 20 ft freight elevator that opens directly into loft, full kitchen for food prep/catering, and commercial grade electric.
