All prewar details were restored or complemented including large intricate ceiling molding, door frames, hardwood floors, marble accents with 10′ ceilings throughout. The apartment gets great light in main rooms during the day from new multiple windows throughout in every room and also has many unique fixtures and lamps.
The living room contains a working wood fireplace. The kitchen has a painted tin ceiling and designer kitchen and wood countertop island and marble countertop.

Floor, rugs and furniture must be protected; no shoes allowed (bring booties).
Moving art and furniture requires owner’s prior approval.
No nailing into walls. No painting of walls.
No picture animals allowed.
