Townhouse with 4 floors and a basement.
1st floor is an office space.
2nd floor has a hallway leading to a separate apartment, that is empty currently, then another leading to a small living room with 3 bedrooms attached.
3rd floor is a large kitchen/dining/living room. There is access to porch/garden from this floor.
4th floor is a master bed room. There is a spacious bathroom.
There are 2 balconies, one overlooking the dining room, one overlooking the porch. There is a closet/study attached that also overlooks the dining room, and there are 2 skylights in the ceiling. House has lots of natural light, it’s very spacious and modern. Walls are mostly white or red brick.
The top 3 floors together, not including the empty apartment, are around 4,000 square feet. No elevator. The porch is very large and has a smaller bottom area, then stairs leading to a larger area. From behind our porch there is a white church, and a great view of the sky. House was just renovated, still contains very little decoration and is a great blank canvas.
