1906 home located in historic Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. Huge kitchen & living space, 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, a washer/dryer in laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms + 1/2 bath in finished garage.
Outdoor space includes a large backyard, hot tub (not currently filled but could be put in working condition), front porch and enclosed front yard.
Inside, the home features original details, including parquet floors, original never painted – woodwork, a built in mirror and bench in the entryway, a decorative fireplace mantel, and coffered ceiling in the dining room. The kitchen is new, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each of the bedrooms is a cozy retreat, most of them extremely large.
