Now offering 600 sq ft double parlor, climate controlled production room for staging (hair/makeup, wardrobe, lounge) for additional fee. Steamer, 2 racks, lighted mirror and tables chairs can be provided. This double parlor can also be used for shooting as long as provisions made in advance. No food or drink allowed inside.
3 propane heaters are available and can be moved as needed (no heat and AC)
Furniture / props are house property and available for use
Restrictions:
Fees vary according to areas of use
Must protect all walls and floors in advance of entry
No elevator
For beds that are being brought in as props (Queen or king, please bring box springs that are 2 piece, so they may go up the stairs)
The couches can’t be moved outside the rooms, but they can be moved in the same room they are in, they are very heavy.
