Exterior is white on white and has a full porch with 10 colums across front. there is a stone patio across the full back of house. The property is 9 acres and has a stream, an orchard, 2 red barns and stone and timber bar.
Partially built in 1790’s and added to in early to mid 1800, the house was the home of a prosperous farmer and has some exceptional details, winding staircase, large moldings, floor to ceiling windows, arched pocket doors. Original architectural details of the house with modern twist – pickled floors, spare furnishings, lots of french doors and tons of light. The wall colors are whites, sophisticated neutrals, and a few surprise blasts of color discretely placed.
All the rooms on the first floor are large, sitting room, dining room, kitchen (approx 21×27) , powder room and entrance hall. Kitchen has stainless steel cabinetry and appliances.
