A large stone fireplace, rich wood panels, built in bookcases and a Steinway grand piano adorn the great room. The kitchen has a brand new induction stove/oven and all modern amenities. The wood paneled dining room also overlooks the river and the mountain range outside.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and French doors that open to the stone patio. Spectacular views of the Delaware River and dramatic sunset from a classic gazebo situated at the top of a large grassy lawn. An easily accessible wide and flat river bank has 1000 feet of river frontage.
A 400-acre forest of pine, oak, maple, endless ferns on a mountain presents great opportunities for a creative project.
A babbling brook, 1-acre pond, several blue stone quarries, rock formations, stone walls, and caves offer great diversity of scenery. Wildlife such as bald eagles, deer, and many other bird species abound.
A 1-room wood hunter’s cabin tucked in the woods is also available.

Requests to paint or nail into walls must be approved in advance. No nailing into walls of great room; painting of walls only possible in bedrooms with owners approval. If approved walls must be returned to original condition.
