Fully enclosed indoor pool, jacuzzi, kitchen and changing rooms. Pool house has 23’ high ceilings and measures 35’ wide and 60’ long
Heating/Cooling: Powerful Mechanical systems to make the pool house and pool cool or hot as needed 365 days a year regardless of outside temperature. Sophisticated dehumidifying equipment adjusts humidity levels as needed.
Windows/Doors: All first floor doors and windows are operable with mechanized insect screens
Pool: 20’ wide x 40’ long, 8’ deep, variety of different underwater lighting colors available. Automatic pool cover.
Jacuzzi: 10’x10’ with jets and air bubbles
Changing Rooms: Two toilet stalls, two changing rooms, large mosaic shower, two sinks and washer/dryer
Pool Kitchen: Full kitchen with bar seating and built in grill
Audio: Sonos sound system
Restrictions:
All floors must be protected, booties must be worn over shoes

Permits required for all shoots, and need 5 business days in advance clearance (the responsibility of Producers)
