Notes
Architecturally unique, site specific house in the Catskills located between Saugerties and Woodstock on a secluded 14-acre lot.
The house is built around a prehistoric rock surrounded by bluestone gravel and with sustainably-harvested wood elements forming the structure of the building. The main beams and columns radiate towards the center of the rock, capped by a cone-shaped roof covered with photovoltaic panels. Curved glass frames the poised boulder in the courtyard, creating a picturesque composition with the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires to the East, and Overlook Mountain to the Northwest.
The house features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
The public road leading to house is shared with 6 neighbors.
