Grand foyer staircase leads up to two large bedroom suites, plus an open 3rd bedroom area with a stellar windowed cupola. The 2 bathrooms are located on the second floor.
Lower level features a fully equipped modern kitchen with Wolf cooktop, oven, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and ceasarstone countertops. There is also a laundry room on the lower level.
Restrictions:
Limit of 75 people inside.
No nailing into walls. Requests to paint walls must be approved in advance by owner.
No picture animals unless cleared in advance with owner.
